What the current parent-care evidence library points toward

Muscle, walking, and balance are the functional core. The strongest parent-care plan starts with progressive resistance training, daily steps, and fall-prevention balance work β€” not supplement stacking.

Food guidance should be boring, repeatable, and contaminant-aware. Mediterranean-style meals, enough protein, and high-quality EVOO have better evidence and adherence potential than β€œdetox” claims.

Sleep stays as one longevity pillar. Regular wake times, morning light, apnea/insomnia screening, and a calmer evening environment matter β€” but they sit beside strength, protein, walking, and connection.

Connection and measurement catch quiet risk. Social routines, gait speed, chair stands, blood-pressure technique, falls logs, and medication changes help families spot decline early enough to act.

We favor realistic adherence. The site is intentionally biased toward routines parents can repeat safely: resistance training, walking, balance work, protein anchors, morning light, social connection, and simpler products with cleaner evidence trails.
